Refund policy

At Kalye Food, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a damaged or broken bottle due to transit or delivery handling, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.


To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• Once verified, a replacement item will be sent with FREE shipping.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer permitted.
