    All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders if necessary.

    All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice.

     3. Payments

    We accept available payment methods displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments. Orders are processed upon successful order confirmation.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    Orders are dispatched on the next business day after confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days within the UAE. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations.

    5. Returns & Refunds

    Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. Damaged items received during transit will be replaced free of charge upon verification.

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Kalye Food is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
